  1. Objectives of our training programs
    • Our training programs will improve the managerial skills and bridge the competency gap by providing the participants are equipped with the latest tools, techniques and skills.
    • Competency gap among the work force is proving to be one of the major impediments for companies in achieving their business objectives. The gap exists at all managerial levels and has been identified as one of the major reasons for under-performance of companies.
    • To bridge the competency gap, Management Development has become very important in today’s competitive environment.
    • The effectiveness of any program depends largely upon the knowledge and training capability of the faculty/trainer. All our programs will be conducted by the most competent faculty/trainer. This is WeFaculty’s competitive advantage.
  1. Types of Programs
    • Career Planning and Progression Program (CPPP)
      • This is the unique offering from “WeFaculty”.
      • Many organizations hire Graduate Engineers or just graduates at the entry level.
      • These freshers gradually grow within the organization to higher level managerial positions. But they do not have exposure to even basic management concepts.
      • While those who have done MBA from reputed institutions like IIMs are fortunate to avail of high quality education, a large number of working executives find it as a major handicap.
      • To address this, WeFaculty conduct management courses that are taught in the best b-schools. More than 75 courses are offered through our Career Progression program.
      • Each course would have a total duration of 20 to 40 contact hours and would be covered through multiple sessions.
      • The sessions would be held as per the convenience of the working managers, say in the evenings (7 to 9) on specific days.
      • The session would be held in the company premises or through a Virtual Class Room (Live, 2 way interactive, digital platform)
      • Each participant would have to go through the rigorous evaluation which consists of assignments, projects and exams.
